This mentorship programme, Engineers x Engineers (ExE), aims to provide career planning support and networking opportunity to ICE student members who plan to enter the industry of civil engineering. In this programme, participants will be able to gain in-depth understanding of this industry through three sharing sessions prepared by passionate young engineers working in different civil engineering firms in Hong Kong. To better facilitate career support and mentorship, participants will be divided into groups during their engagement in this programme under the guidance of young engineers.
We are now recruiting both mentors and mentees for this programme. It will be a valuable opportunity for our young engineers to improve both their communication and leadership skills, while student mentees will gain unique insight into the industry through the experience sharing by the mentors.
To provide ample opportunities for learning about the industry, three sessions will be held in this programme. The details of the events are shown as follows and all participants (both mentors and mentees) are expected to join all sessions. Light refreshment and drinks will be served during each session.
30 students (All ICE student members are welcome)
