This forum will provide supervising civil engineers (SCE), delegated engineers (DE), registered mentors (for mentor supported training) and company training staff with up-to-date information. We will discuss membership/training processes, respond to questions and provide an opportunity to share and learn from others.
This event is for DEs, SCEs, mentors, sponsors and supporters of apprentices on an ICE approved degree apprenticeship which has an End Point Assessment.
The event is not suitable for apprentices.
This useful one day training course has been specifically developed to help the SCE/DE understand what they are expected to do, appreciate the ICE framework in which they are to operate, and ensure they supervise and mentor graduate civil engineers in a consistent and effective way
This is an opportunity for new or existing SCEs, DEs and mentors to develop their appreciation of the IPD process or to refresh themselves of the requirements and processes.
