This forum will provide supervising civil engineers (SCEs), delegated engineers (DEs), registered mentors and company training staff the opportunity to share and learn from others and to discuss a range of topics to help you support trainees throughout their initial professional development and to help them get ready for professional review.
This workshop will focus on the role of the Delegated Engineer. It will cover the formal requirements but also the practicalities. There will be an opportunity learn about and discuss a range of topics to help you support trainees throughout their initial professional development and CPD. The workshop will be useful for SCEs and Mentors too.
Join this session if you are an experienced engineer aiming for IEng MICE or CEng MICE but don’t have the academic base needed. Find out how to use the Experiential Learning Assessment and your knowledge gained in the workplace to progress towards IEng MICE or CEng MICE.
