A presentation on NEC4 by two of Ashford Solicitors who specialise in construction law. They will take us through the key changes in NEC4 as well as informing us of the compensation events process. There will be a question and answer session following the presentation.

Lee is a solicitor in Ashfords’ construction law department. Lee deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and acts for a range of clients. In particular Lee's contentious work involves advising on claims for delay, extensions of time and loss and expense, defective design, repudiatory breach of contract and termination.
