Watch this event

Gregor Ogilvie, Project Manager will be accompanied by Simon Nagy, Chief Engineer and Dr Sam Wong, Director of Engineering and Development to talk about Carey’s Civil Engineering role as Principal Contractor in the Edinburgh Airport Stands project.

Edinburgh Airport first opened in 1916 and is currently owned and operated by Global Infrastructure Partners. Attracting 37 airlines and 14.3 million passengers in 2018, Edinburgh is Scotland’s largest and the UK’s sixth busiest airport.

As a result, investments are being made to increase the capacity of the Airport, providing a more efficient and sustainable use of its footprint.

The Carey Group is a leading family-owned engineering, construction and resource recovery business operating across the UK and Ireland. At the heart of construction on the Airport Stands Project, they’ll proudly be sharing their journey and works delivered on this exemplar project.

Registration and refreshments from 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start.
