Join ICE West Midlands Graduates, Students, Apprentices and Technicians for this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
You will have the opportunity to meet, vote for and even join the 2021/22 Graduates & Students Committee. These are the people who will represent you and the West Midlands region for the next year.
Getting involved with the Committee is a fantastic way to learn new skills, meet likeminded individuals, support members, and share civil engineering information and ideas. It also provides an opportunity to build upon your initial professional development (IPD) which is an essential part of preparing for professional qualification.
The Committee organise events, from workshops and group sessions, knowledge events, courses and lectures, and social events allowing for networking.
Multiple positions on the committee are available for any keen and enthusiastic graduates, apprentices, technicians or students. These are yearlong, voluntary positions to assist in the running of the group in the region.
If there is a role that interests you, please contact Serena Gough at [email protected]. This is your opportunity to get involved at the start of your career, make strong connections in the industry, and help shape the world of civil engineering!
