Based on the book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook – the lean-in groups provide members with an opportunity to network with like-minded engineers in an open and supportive environment. Each meeting there will be a new theme to generate discussion as well as working through individual and collective goals.
