This year marks 50 years since the Stonewall Uprising – the start of the modern LGBT+ rights movement.
Celebrating the diversity of our members and communities, ICE Wales Cymru will be joining the Pride Cymru Parade again this year. LGBT members and allies and their families and friends are invited to join the celebration on Saturday 24 August 2019.
Pride Cymru’s Parade is an immersive and visually spectacular annual celebration of equality and diversity achievements and community support. Last year’s parade had over 15,000 participants stretching over a mile and a half long through the streets of Cardiff, this year is expected to be even bigger, brighter and louder!
Everyone interested in walking in Pride to represent the ICE is very welcome. The parade starts at 11.00am and we will be meeting beforehand for breakfast at 9.00am at Henry’s Café Bar, Park Chambers, Park Place, Cardiff CF10 3DN.
