We’ve all experienced feelings of tiredness and of being ‘drained’ – whether that’s physically, emotionally, or spiritually. There are many factors that can contribute to us feeling this way. Don’t worry – there’s plenty we can do to mitigate the negative effects of these feelings.

Lucy is an experienced coach trained to masters level. She specialises in supporting senior leaders and entrepreneurs to be healthy, happy and productive in the workplace by accessing their innate resilience and strengths.

Lucy holds the world recognised Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) and delivers inspiring workshops in topics including Mental Health and Wellbeing, Self Compassion, Mindfulness, Personal Resilience, Work-Life Integration, Assertiveness & Confidence, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Change with agility. She also holds a BSc in Life Sciences, MSc in Human Resource Management, and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
