Overview

This webinar aims to offer engineering students and recent graduates an overview of the various routes to attaining chartership status. Participants would be introduced to ICE, followed by the key steps and required qualifications prior to sitting for the professional review. This includes the training schemes approved by ICE, and academic requirements for eligibility to partake in the review. The revised schedule for professional review in 2024, as well as the submissions involved will be covered.

Notes:

  • Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE HKA G&S members. Only successful applicants will be notified.
  • Attendance certificates will be provided within two weeks of the event, subject to attendees having participated for the entire duration of the event.
  • Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.

Kai Hong Wan

Upon graduation from the University of Hong Kong in 2005, Mr Wan worked for Thames Water Utilities Limited in the UK during the period between 2005 and 2012. He returned to Hong Kong in 2012 and delivered several projects in the environmental management sector. Mr Wan joined ICE HK as the regional director in January 2021.
