Overview
Around 4% of our roads are made of concrete and are in urgent need of repair. Highways England’s Concrete Pavements Programme is the biggest ever programme to rebuild and revitalise our concrete roads in England, with £400 million investment between now and 2025. The volume of work proposed is the equivalent of building a new motorway.
This event will discuss the challenges to delivering this ambitious programme, that puts safety, customer satisfaction and sustainability as key priorities.
Join us to learn about the delivery of the programme and discuss how to overcome the challenges of safe delivery and asset life extension.
