ICE launched early in 2016 a Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and is working with its partners to drive a culture change to make our profession more representative of society.
Adrian Coy, ICE Vice President Membership and Diversity, has led development of the Action Plan and is driving its implementation. Adrian will make the business case for change and will outline the extent of the challenges we face. He will report on initiatives by professional bodies and by employers to make our industry more diverse. He will describe the actions ICE is taking to apply the ‘lens of inclusivity’ to everything we do, and will finally challenge the audience to question their role in promoting diversity and inclusion.
