This presentation will examine this major project delivery in the face of uncertainty, changing commercial environments, rapid technological advances and supply chain challenges, providing a top class educational and research campus for the benefit of students for a lifetime.

The campus – one of the largest HE capital builds in Europe - will be a catalyst for the redevelopment of a run down deprived part of Belfast and provide a bright and lively gateway to Belfast and facilities available to those who live nearby.

This is a joint meeting with the Concrete Society NI.
