Overview
Will you be soon graduating from your civil engineering course, or just starting out in industry then ICE wants to help you through your studies and beyond. Joining ICE as a student member and later converting to a graduate member helps you to build your future in civil engineering with ICE supporting you along the way. Benefits of ICE membership is immense; student support, career advice, resources to help you learn about the industry, grow your network and the chance to meet other civil engineers.
Stepping into the working world can be nerve-wracking – job-related questions haunt you late at night, with thoughts like “Can ICE help me ? Who do I see ? Does my resume look decent ? How do I select a company to work for ? Did I prepare well for my job interview ? What should I wear ? How do I identify a mentor ?”. The working world is undoubtedly a new playing field but there’s no need to stress as the THURSDAY LECTURE SERIES will focus on exactly that.
