Overview
The Emerging Engineers Award recognizes outstanding research, innovation, and presentation by ICE Student and Graduate members worldwide, including in the United Arab Emirates. It offers valuable experience in written and verbal communication, serving as excellent preparation for vivas or professional evaluations.
Expert judges select the top participants who will present their work and compete for prizes at the Regional Final. Regional winners gain recognition for themselves and their academic institution or employer, along with opportunities for publication and prize awards. The ultimate winner qualifies for the 2023 Emerging Engineers Award Global Final at ICE's Headquarters in London, with additional cash prizes and the prestigious Institution Medal for the global champion.
In the recent UAE Heat Emerging Engineers Award competition held in March 2023, numerous paper submissions were received from our members, all demonstrating excellent performance. After a thorough evaluation by experienced judges, four candidates have been shortlisted for the UAE Regional Final this year.
ICE UAE invites Graduate and Student Members to attend the EEA 2023 UAE Regional Final. This event offers an opportunity to explore some of the finest submissions across various engineering disciplines. Respected professionals in their respective fields, serving as judges, will provide remarks on the presentations.
