Constructing Excellence in Wales and ICE Wales Cymru are hosting a webinar on 26 June with Alun Griffiths Contractors and the Welsh Government who will present on the development of the M4 Celtic Manor Overbridge.
With the construction of the new International Conference Centre Wales (ICCW) at the Celtic Manor Resort and a possible 3,000 vehicles leaving at any one time, the existing M4 overbridge structure linking the A48 in Newport to the CMR was considered inadequate to cope with the increase in traffic volumes. In partnership with the Welsh Government, Celtic Manor Resort commissioned the design and construction of a new bridge over the M4 motorway to service the new facility.
Join our webinar to hear about the design and construction challenges, collaboration throughout the supply chain and engagement with all parties involved.
