The limitations of our regional infrastructure are, perhaps, most visible to the public on our road and rail networks – and when floods cause severe damage to homes and businesses.

This report seeks to highlight the infrastructure challenges faced by the South East of England and presents regional decision-makers with a set of recommendations to resolve them.
