ICE and its Procurement Advisory Group (PAG) have created a best practice guidance for client organisations.
This procurement guidance note has been prepared by ICE's Procurement Advisory Group (PAG).
It is based on the practical experience gained from developing, assuring and implementing procurement strategies across a range of major infrastructure programmes and projects.
This guidance primarily aims to help public sector clients and stakeholders to understand the key principles that support successful procurement - although the principles are also likely to be helpful to private sector clients.
