ICE Hong Kong was established in November 1999. It's one of the largest regions outside the UK with more than 8,000 members.

The Regional Board, Hong Kong Association (HKA), Graduates & Students Division (G&S), and Regional Support Team work together to further the objectives of the Institution and to serve our members' interests in Hong Kong.

We offer membership advice, and help run a huge range of events and training opportunities to support ICE members in the region.

ICE Breaker is the newsletter in electronic format to be distributed to all members in Hong Kong Region. The current version of  ICE Breaker 2025 summarises events and activities in HKA in the past 12 months.
