ICE HKA Netherlands delegation 2024: study report

As another signature event celebrating ICE HKA’s 25th anniversary, and in alignment with ICE’s emphasis on sustainable development, we organised a delegation visit to the Netherlands from 13 to 20 October 2024 under the theme “Sustainability and Innovation in the Built Environment”.

The visit provided valuable insights into addressing challenges such as climate change, energy transition, urban growth, and digital innovation—particularly in the context of rising sea levels.
