Difficult experiences are part of life, and it’s completely normal to struggle in the aftermath. Most of the time, we find ways to recover and move forward.
But sometimes, the impact of what we’ve been through lingers longer than expected.
Many of us will face events that could be considered traumatic, but our responses won’t all look the same. There’s no universal rule for what counts as trauma, and comparison with other people’s experience is generally unhelpful when defining trauma. Your feelings are valid, and this session is about understanding that.
