Ian James
Ian James is head of asset management strategy at National Highways, where he leads the development of asset management strategy and continuous improvement.
With extensive experience across highways, rail and transport infrastructure, gained through roles at National Highways, Transport for London and Jacobs, Ian has led major asset management initiatives including the development of asset strategy, achievement of ISO 55001 certification and the advancement of asset management capability across the business.
He is passionate about helping infrastructure organisations deliver greater value through data-driven decision making, long-term investment planning and effective asset management.
