Giuseppe Martino Erbi

Giuseppe previously worked at Vp plc Groundforce for two years. He was Public Engagement Officer for the ICE Graduate and Student Committee London, during 2021/2022.

Driven by passion, curiosity and determination, Giuseppe wants to become an ICE Chartered Engineer. He was born in Olbia, Italy and moved to the UK in 2016 to become a better engineer and gain extensive experience.

He obtained a Master of Science in Structural Engineering in 2019 at University of East London.

Grant Mobbs

Grant is a chartered civil engineer with 25 years' experience. He has a diverse background spanning rail, highways, complex viaducts and bridges, aviation, nuclear and offshore oil platforms across bidding, design and engineering. He has also worked on private finance initiatives raising project finance for significant schemes. He joined Ferrovial Construction (then Agroman) in 2011 in the business development department, after working historically in joint venture with Ferrovial Agroman.

Grant is the Lead Supervising Civil Engineer championing the ICE chartership programme, with an active number of employees pursuing progression through the programme. Grant has played a key role in developing and implementing the new strategy for the United Kingdom and Ireland, delivering a boost in opportunities to deliver significant sales and profits as part of Ferrovial’s Horizon 2024 Plan.

Roland Jones

Roland is three years into his apprenticeship with WSP. He currently works within the transport sector, which has led to him working on a vast array of projects including large housing developments throughout the UK, public realm enhancements in West Sussex, and cycle schemes in Dorset. His week can vary between detailed highway and public realm schemes design using CAD software, analysing traffic routing data, and engaging with clients. As part of the apprenticeship, he will also work towards achieving IEng (Incorporated Engineer). He has recently achieved EngTech.
