Overview
John Oliver, Strategic Infrastructure Director with Babcock International, will be providing a presentation update on the development of Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Devonport Royal Dockyard has been supporting the Royal Navy since the 16th century. With the size and shape of the modern Royal Navy changing, and with new ships and submarines entering service, the site has commenced on a programme of significant infrastructure upgrades.
The presentation presents an update of some of these projects, ranging from docks to berths to logistics hubs, which will provide a dockyard that is fit for the future, as well as future projects within the infrastructure pipeline.
