Overview
Building Information Modelling (BIM) creates a digital knowledge resource shared by project stakeholders to make informed decisions at various project stages. Adoption of the BIM process as early at project inception improves collaboration and coordination by prototyping built asset design and construction sequence before breaking ground.
Hence, project stakeholders can foresee conflicts and mitigate risks early to optimize design and buildability of built assets to reduce cost, improve quality and safety whilst delivering better project outcome.
This presentation documents challenges and achievements of Level 2 BIM process integration on the Aurel Sanctuary project and at TRX Exchange.
