Overview
The evidence is clear, greater diversity – from apprentices to board directors – leads to better performing businesses.
The civil engineering profession has made great strides in supporting and encouraging diversity within the sector, but there is still work to be done.
In this session ICE President Rachel Skinner, Lesley Laird of Equate Scotland and Faye Jenkins from BAM will share their views on diversity, fairness, inclusion and respect within civil engineering and the infrastructure industry as a whole, giving attendees practical take-aways to improve working practices.
