Following the AGM we will be treated to a one-hour online lecture by this year’s Transport Planner of the Year, Nicola Waight. Nicola will speak on her work in establishing the Fixing Transport Assessments National Working Group and its successes.
She will provide an up-to-date view of Transport Assessment policy as it currently stands, and offer insight into what the Working Group have as their ambitions for Fixing Transport Assessments.

She has been instrumental in holding transport assessment guidance accountable, ensuring it prioritises sustainability while remaining adaptable to evolving policies.
Presented to the Department for Transport (DfT), her work promises to be transformative for the transport planning sector.

A series of web-based workshops aimed at graduate, student and technician members who are working toward EngTech, IEng or CEng with the ICE. These workshops provide advice and guidance on recording Initial Professional Development (IPD), broken down by attribute.
