Overview
oin the ICE East Midlands Graduates and Students Committee for the webinar with Michael Fisher on leadership for civil engineers.
Being a ‘leader’ is not a role or position in an organisation. This online webinar will provide the foundations for becoming an effective leader.
‘Leadership and management’ is a key attribute of being a civil engineer. Throughout their careers, civil engineers face challenges - technical, environmental, and economic - and they need to be equipped with effective leadership skills to lead others and projects through them.
This webinar will answer the following questions:
- Why is leadership important?
- What is the difference between management and leadership?
