Overview

Join Roddy Cormack and Emma Aitken of Dentons for a high-level exploration of the NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, demonstrating that while NEC4 introduces refinements and new X options, the core principles remain fundamentally unchanged.

Roddy and Emma will demystify the latest X options, discuss their practical uptake in the industry, and provide practical insights for navigating NEC4 - highlighting both the continuity and the key distinctions from NEC3.

The format will involve a short presentation followed by questions from the host to the presenters.
