Overview
The talk is aimed at providing young and aspiring engineers with an overview of the NEC4 Family of Contracts and is designed to help them navigate and select the most appropriate primary and secondary options for each project. It will offer practical advice and guidance to help understand the philosophy behind the NEC4, identify the more important clauses of the contracts, understand the roles and responsibilities of the key parties and help to appreciate how the successful application of the NEC4 can positively contribute to the effective management of a project.
