Overview
Poor procurement leads to poor projects. It is as simple as that.
In this seminar, attendees will learn the importance of spending adequate time (and money) at the procurement phase of a project’s lifecycle. This topic is extremely relevant as most engineers will be involved in the procurement of construction projects at some point in their careers.
What does design and build actually mean? Why do I have to use this NEC contract? Why are we fighting over ground conditions? Why did the client not include that in the documents ages ago? Why does it take so long to get a government contract up and running?
