Overview
ICE North West Graduates and students invite you to join this lecture to understand more about the quality concept, with guest speaker Perry Shard, John Sisk & Son.
Quality within construction remains topical, with initiatives such as Get It Right promoting a better understanding around the ways to deliver right first time, eliminating error.
Think of your own personal experiences around quality; how many times have you built flat pack furniture first time in the right order? If you are uncompromising in your approach at home, why is your behaviour different in the workplace?
Perry will share how he has engaged, educated and empowered teams to embrace quality and rive continual improvement.
He will cover the use of change programmes with provoking content to convey the links between quality and behaviours.
