Jill is the UKI Operations & Improvements Manager for AtkinsRéalis, providing leadership across operations, assurance, and cross business delivery. She previously was the lead for H&SE across the Infrastructure part of the business and currently focuses on the integration of teams, design, and project management. Over her 30 year career, Jill has driven safety, wellbeing, quality and strategic programmes across the wide spectrum of the construction industry.

Andrew Cooke

Andrew is the safety, health, and environmental sustainability director of GRAHAM, who specialise in building, civil engineering, interior fit-out, facilities management and investments across the UK and Ireland.
 
He has worked with GRAHAM since 1991, and has held a various engineering, project management and central management roles in the company before taking up his current position in 2007. Andrew leads the Safety Culture and Climate Programme and is a behavioural safety coach & mental health first aider. Andrew is part of the Steering Committee of the Building Mental Health Alliance (BMHA) with GRAHAM being supporters of it since its inception.
 
Andrew holds degrees in both law and civil engineering and has been a guest speaker at numerous seminars on both construction safety and behavioural safety and culture

David started his career as a construction site engineer, then a site manager for a multi-national construction company, on several high-profile projects in Northern Ireland before moving into SH&E within construction, working on multi-million-pound projects across the UK and Ireland.

After a decade working for a principal contractor, David moved to Translink (Northern Ireland Railways) and become responsible for the Rail Infrastructure Manager Safety Management System with a keen focus on track worker safety, culture and assurance.

David, now head of infrastructure & projects SH&E for Translink, is responsible for leading rail infrastructure and construction safety, health and environment. David leads a highly driven team of SH&E professionals focussed on ensuring passenger, staff, infrastructure and environmental safety whilst Translink maintain operational facilities and approx. £280M worth of annual capital investment in construction projects.
