Overview

Technicians in Digital Delivery will highlight the essential role technicians play in delivering high-quality engineering projects. Michelle Wilson, a key member of Translink’s BIM team, will share insights into her work, exploring the tools, technology, and processes that drive efficiency and collaboration. Melanie Robinson, Associate at Okana and Digital Construction Champion of the Year 2025, will introduce Women in BIM (WIB) and discuss the “golden thread” of information that underpins effective project delivery.

The event will also touch on the launch of WIB in Northern Ireland, opening the door for new networking opportunities and knowledge sharing. Alongside these presentations, we’ll explore practical examples of technical workflows, demonstrating how skills, expertise, and collaboration are at the heart of success—because while technology is vital, it’s the people who make the real difference.
