Overview

The aim of this webinar is to put a spotlight on the management of temporary works and explore how the law can help bring projects to a successful conclusion as well as ensuring effective corporate governance, from the design team and people working and supervising on site right up to the board of directors.

Our speakers have a wealth of international experience. Gerard Forlin KC has undertaken numerous significant health and safety construction cases around the world. He has been called to the bar in both the UK and Ireland. Both Micheál Byrne and Bob Arnold are Fellows of the Institution of Civil Engineers and have international experience of the design and construction of large and complex engineering projects.

The webinar will focus on practical management and legal requirements, and there will be time for questions and answers after the main discussion.
