Chin Pang
Chin is a scholar engineer entrepreneur working at the intersection of computation, engineering and company building. As executive director of Ground Central Pty Ltd, he leads AI enabled geotechnical innovation, advanced numerical modelling and next-generation 3D surveying while cultivating a space where engineers can turn their ideas and tools into real world impact.
He also co founded RPL Central Group Pty Ltd, a venture studio supporting emerging technologies across engineering and digital automation. He has delivered government endorsed digital certification systems, automated buried asset triage tools and data-driven back-analysis pipelines, supported by an MBA, a Master in Engineering Management and a background in aerospace engineering.
