Book nowWorkshop 4: Attribute 4 (Health and Safety)
Tabish Naveed, a temporary works engineer with four years’ experience, will go through his experiences with on site works and how hazards develop in real construction environments. He intends to discuss the health and safety attribute from a practical temporary works perspective, focusing on how engineers can visualise construction activities step by step, mentally place themselves on site, and identify what could go wrong at each stage to develop safer and more buildable solutions. He will then focus on a mental walk-through method to predict rather than face hazards.
Second presenter to be confirmed.
