The survey collects information on how, why, when and where people in Wales travel, as well as individuals' attitudes and satisfaction with different transport modes. A large, random sample survey, the Wales National Travel Survey is representative of and accessible to the people of Wales.
Transport for Wales have published preliminary data in April 2026, covering the first six months of the survey year. Annual data will be published in Autumn 2026, and annually thereafter.
This webinar will present the methodology of the survey process and outline the key findings from the preliminary data.
