Engineers in Hong Kong or East Asia working at the level of CEng, with academic qualifications suitable for CEng MICE, who are either following the self-managed Initial Professional Development (IPD) route or have completed HKIE Scheme A training in disciplines other than civil and geotechnical.
When to attend? Usually after having worked as an engineer for over 4 years and if you have had some management or leadership activities in your role.
Why attend? If your academic qualifications are suitable, passing the career appraisal is the first step towards being able to apply for a Professional Review for CEng MICE.
