What does the Disciplinary Board do?
The Disciplinary Board is a key body within the ICE, tasked with adjudicating cases of professional misconduct identified by the Professional Conduct Panel.
The board's operations and structure are dictated by the ICE Disciplinary Regulations.
It hears cases referred by the Professional Conduct Panel to determine the appropriate sanctions or corrective measures.
The Trustee Board is confident that Professor Clarke’s leadership will be invaluable in ensuring that ICE members are upholding the professional standards set out within the Code of Conduct.
