Overview
Established more than 200 years ago with headquarter in London, ICE is one of the oldest and a most respected professional engineering associations in the world, providing unrivalled support to our 97,000 members across the globe. It is internationally reputed for promoting excellence, sustainability, and innovation for the built environment.
Based in Hong Kong, ICE HKA was established in 1999, and has become one of the largest regions outside the UK with over 8,700 members.
Themed on “Built Legacy: Beyond Time and Technology", the Annual Dinner this year promises to be a fun packed and meaningful occasion for the civil engineering profession in Hong Kong.
We are honoured to have Sir Gordon Wu, Chairman and Director of Hopewell Holdings Limited, as our Guest of Honour.

Free for AGM
Annual dinner:
- HK$800 per person for ICE Graduate and Student members
- HK$1,400 per person for other grades of ICE membership
- HK$1,800 per person for non-members
- HK$19,800 per corporate table or group (12 seats)

- Registration will be confirmed on a first-come- first-served basis upon receipt of payment and priority will be given to ICE members. Fees paid are non-refundable and receipt will be available upon request.
- For individual registration, we accept payment by credit card or via PayPal. Payment link will be emailed to registrants upon verification of membership.
- Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- For additional requirements such as vegetarian meal, special dietary needs, wheelchair access etc, please let us know on or before 31 May 2026.
