The Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors are holding an annual paper competition for graduates and students based in Ontario, Canada. The competition follows the academic year.
Award Structure
The competition is open to all ICE Graduate, Student and Technician members and equivalent member grades in the IStructE and RICS.

Prizes
Prize money is awarded in two categories:
- Top three papers overall and
- Top three papers submitted by ICE members.
Prizes for top three papers:
- 1st place: $550
- 2nd place: $230
- 3rd place: $70
Prizes for top three ICE member papers:
- 1st place: £250 ($450)
- 2nd place: £150 ($270)
- 3rd place: £100 ($180)

The ICE Ontario award winners will receive a certificate and a cheque for the assigned prize money.
