The ICE East Midlands Regional Support Team works to support the member offer across the region, raises the profile of civil engineering through insights, influence and key events and provides news and updates to members.
Jo leads the Regional Support Team and is responsible for supporting the Regional Committee in delivering the business plan. This includes raising the profile of the profession and infrastructure in general with key stakeholders, organising regional events - such as the annual awards and President’s Visits - and supporting members with their Fellowship applications.
As Regional Coordinator, Rachel is responsible for assisting members in the East & West Midlands regions and co-ordinating the work of the Regional Support Team. She deals with a range of activities, including event and booking management, invoicing, and general enquiries.
As Communications Lead, Deanna is responsible for informing and engaging members and the wider public about the wide-range of activities and initiatives taking place in the region. This includes managing the regional social and traditional media channels and content, writing and distributing the monthly member e-news and supporting the team to market annual awards, national initiatives, knowledge and networking events.
Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to help you becoming professionally qualified.

Cath is responsible for managing membership support across East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England.
Sharon is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and advice for companies and graduates in the West Midlands.
Caroline Kelley is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Charlotte Chevalier is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Ashleigh McKenzie is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
