HKA G&S: 25th AGM and award presentation ceremony

Overview

The ICE HKA G&S 25th AGM will be held on 5 June 2026.

ICE HKA G&S will be joined by the HKA committee and honourable guests in celebrating the fruitful achievements attained over the past year.

The outgoing chairman of the G&S division will introduce the annual report for the session 2025-26, and the treasurer will report on the financial position of the division.

The AGM marks the completion of the current session, and the beginning of the Session 2026-27. 

Prizes and certificates for ICE HKA G&S outstanding helpers will be presented following the AGM.

This special occasion serves to recognise and commemorate their valuable contributions over the past year.

G&S events would not have been as successful as they were without the kind help from the devoted helpers.

Remarks: 

• ​​​Capacity: 65 
• Dress code: semi-formal 
• Registration deadline: Monday 25 May 2026 
• Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE Graduate and Student Member(s). 
• Attendance certificates will be provided within two weeks of the event only if attendees attend the whole event. 
• Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail. 
• The above is subject to change without prior notice 
• ​​Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.​     ​​ 

 
Adverse weather arrangement 

The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in the case of black rainstorm signal, or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 16.45. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in view of safety or other considerations.
